I know that taking the step to come to therapy can be daunting, but I want you to know that you belong here, and you’re here for a reason.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, consumed with worry and fears, disconnected, or depressed…

Whether you’re dealing with “Big T” or “Little T” trauma…

Therapy is a courageous step…

… toward building a different way of being in your life.

It’s a collaborative process, and I’m here to guide you on your path to the highest version of yourself. It’s going to be an amazing adventure, and it’s my honor to serve you in this capacity.

Your journey will be unique to you, and we will work together from a place of curiosity to move you where you want to be.

This is where you can explore your inner world and move toward the life you desire.

Along the way, you’ll acquire powerful tools and skills to help you reach your goals.

We’ll use mindfulness, self-compassion, radical self-acceptance, self-care, and self-responsibility to transform your life and bring about the change you’ve been seeking!

About Me

3j3a3814My journey to becoming a therapist…

It grew out of my own transformational work over many years. I believe in this work and benefit from it daily in my life.

The powerful changes it made in my life inspired me to pursue the education and qualifications to become a therapist.

Now, I have 24 years of experience and lots of advanced training to bring into our work together.

When I am not doing therapy…

I enjoy walking, working out, and practicing yoga. I have been meditating for over 30 years, and it is an essential part of my life.

My husband George and I live in South Carolina with our 15-year-old English pointer, Lucky, who is my walking buddy! We have two grown daughters who are pursuing their paths in life.

I am passionate about the power of nutrition and movement in our overall physical and mental well-being. This is one of my passions, both inside and outside of therapy.

Thank you for considering me as your therapist.

I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve your goals.
